NEWS!!Public Forum on Meaningful Broadband, November 26, 2009, Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration. The tentative progarm of the Nanoethics Asia conference has been added. New website of the Information Ethics Research Group has been set up (August 27, 2008). The podcast of the Center and of the Thousand Stars Buddhism and Science Group has been updated with audio files from a recent talk on the ethical implications of compulsory licensing of medicines at Khon Kaen University, April 24, 2008. The final report of the project on "The Role of Universities in Information Technology for Development in Asia," funded by the IDRC ,is now available online.
